Located on a sloping site close to Panjim, the site enjoys great views of the river towards the north and east, hills towards the rear and ocean beyond towards the north-west.
The apartments are designed around courtyards with the intent of maximizing long-range views from the units. As a driving concept for the inner courtyard, we also created a 'secret garden' which would provide protected private spaces between low green hedges for residents to enjoy a quiet moment in the shadow of the courtyard. To design the facade, we took inspiration from the colours and spirit of the city. The vibrancy and diversity of the unique local traditional architecture relayed onto the design to break the building mass into a series of perceivable buildings.

FUTURE TOWERS
Inspired by the surrounding mountains, our design for the Future Towers resembles landscape formations that include several peaks and valleys that give it a natural feel.
Situated in a lush green environment, all apartments are strategically designed to offer ample amount of sunlight and air. Our main focus has been on creating residences that are aesthetically pleasing and compassionate to the surrounding environment. The project was conceptualized by MVRDV, Netherlands.

GYAN GANGA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL CAMPUS
Education for the next generation.
The Gyan Ganga International School Campus is a 21st century school specifically tailored for the next generation. Set among the lush greenery of Pune, the new campus will accommodate students from kindergarten through 12th standards. Ingsophy and its team of consultants designed a campus that is designed with the child’s perspective, unique and captures the ambiance of a great learning space. With multiple spaces for formal and informal learning, the design encourages self-learning while providing transparency and accountability. Programming includes classrooms, labs, faculty spaces, auditorium, cafeteria, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, and a library.
