Helping create a new landmark for the Sarovar Group.
Located in one of Ahmedabad's most famous neighbourhoods, Sarovar Landmark is a premium 3,4 and 5 BHK residential development. Landmark is envisioned as a vibrant, sustainable development, with apartment layouts that maximize lakefront views from the sky villas. Landmark's innovative, modern and sleek design includes commercial developments on the ground, first and second floors, with clubhouse, gymnasium, mini theatre, and an open to sky garden and children's play area on the 3rd floor. With our vast experience in engineering for residential developments across the country, we played the central role in providing our expertise and knowledge to the Sarovar Group for their new luxurious residential development.

Preserving Heritage. Modernizing Infrastructure.
IIM-A's revised master plan focused on preserving the historic character while identifying opportunities for future growth of their 100-acre campus. Our team was challenged with the stormwater management design requirements for IIM-A's historic and landmark campus. As part of the master planner's engineering team, we designed and integrated old and new systems. The result of our collaboration with the master-planners, designers and campus stakeholders, is a well thought-out and responsible infrastructure design upgrade.

IIT Hyderabad, is planned as a residential campus built across 576 acres to accommodate 30,000 students and faculty members. With over 2.1 million square-meters in built-up space, the campus consists of academic, residential, library, sports, admin, and other allied facilities.
The campus is being developed in phases and as the lead HVAC engineers, we are providing detailed engineering services for the International Guest House, Sports & Cultural Complex, Technology Incubation Park, Knowledge Centre, Research Centre Complex and the Convention Centre.
Through close collaboration, IIT Hyderabad, HCP Ahmedabad, and Ingsophy pushed boundaries to achieve the engineering requirements of such complex buildings - design that meets the functional requirements, healthy and pleasant to be in.

ADANI MEDICITY
Developed as part of Adani's CSR initiative, Adani Medicity is a new 1.5 million SF building located in Shantigram Township. The program area will provide space for a state-of-the-art medical college, teaching hospital and emergency services facility. The project also includes out-patient departments, administrative and support functions, patient and other allied services.
As sustainability and MEP engineering experts, Ingsophy's design strategy for this 1,100-bed healthcare facility was to reduce demand, increase use of renewable energy, optimize distribution, increase energy efficiency, and also provide for future design flexibility. The project team has worked closely with the client to ensure that the entire development is consistent with their mission, vision and values, and affords contemporary "best practice" medical care in a safe, efficient, flexible and aesthetically pleasing environment that is conducive to health and healing.
