LOGISTICS PARK




Ingsophy was awarded the complete infrastructure and MEP design consultancy for this 375-acre logistics park located near Bhiwandi. The project came with many challenges that we took in our stride, like a petroleum line diagonally crossing the site that required us to root the services from one portion to another. We were also required to train a river passing through the southern end of the project to the outer boundaries without harming the ecology.

The planning for the site was completed on Civil 3D for cut-fill optimization. Our scope for this large park included master planning support, detailed design, BOQ, tendering support and proposing alternatives from a techno-commercial view, as well as civil, structural and MEP engineering.

Ingsophy and its team of consultants were asked by the local authorities to look into the redevelopment of a large water body and rehabilitate the surrounding ecology, with emphasis on controlling the water pollution. Three smaller water bodies connected to the large circular lake which the team redesigned as canals and entries into the lake premises. The big idea was to connect these water bodies with the existing lake for continuous movement and self cleaning.

Considering the depleting natural eco-system, the master plan and infrastructure plan was developed focusing on relocating the existing crematoriums, and enhancing non-accessible zones for flora and fauna. The development of gardens, bird sanctuary, joggers park, amusement parks, recreational activities along with tourism oriented activities like water sports, food & beverage facilities will increase revenue while maintaining environmental balance.

We provided wetland treatments, and a lake lining solution that maintained the cleanliness, helped maintain aquatic and wildlife, as well as prevented leakage. We improved the road networks, and surrounding infrastructure, provided water supply fountains, community washrooms, security and technological upgrades, designed and promoted green energy systems, as well as solid waste management measures.

STATUE OF UNITY



An iconic 182 meter tall statue, a tribute to the Iron Man of India, the Statue of Unity is being built at the Sadhu-Bet Island, approximately 3.5 kms south of Sardar Sarovar Dam at Kevadia, in the Narmada district of Gujarat. This inspiring memorial site, with a number of edu-tainment components, is located between the Vindhyachal and Satpuda Ranges. A pictureque backdrop will enhance the majesty of this grand monument and its unique location will prove to be beneficial for eco-tourism and regional development.

The development includes a modern hotel and convention centre, museum & audio-visual gallery, research centre, hospitality and entertainment centres, ferry services and a monumental view.

INDUSTRIAL PARK AND SEZ




The redevelopment of the 640-acre industrial SEZ is aimed at becoming one of the largest SEZ's in Southern India. We were contracted by the client after they faced some major issues with structures, and our engineers collaborated to tackle the structural issues and designed special retaining walls that would sustain the heavy rainfalls.

While our experts incorporated cutting-edge technologies, our engineers reduced cost throughout the facility and improved site facilities. We optimized land cut and fill to reduce the earthwork and comply with SEZ norms; designed road cross sections for the main spine and all secondary roads. We also designed retaining walls, compound walls, storm-water drains, box culverts, overhead water tanks, canopies, as well as several entry and exit gates. Our scope for this large industrial SEZ included new and retrofit design, proposing alternatives based upon functionality and cost, infrastructure planning, MEP and structural engineering.

Creating a modern learning environment.

The university campus is located on a 25-acre campus that is part of the Rajiv Gandhi Education City at Sonepath. The campus is designed for approximately 4,500 students, with 50,000 sm each for academic space and residential uses. The buildings within the campus are a combination of Indian aesthetics and contemporary global institution design.

The buildings promote student interaction, training and better connects the campus and each department. Students enjoy a sustainable learning environment, as well as support for student-friendly multidisciplinary approach. Our teams provided building design, engineering, interior design and related services for this state-of-the-art campus.
