As part of the city’s smart-city initiative, the project is focused around protecting the natural habitat, while enhancing the lake and surroundings that benefit the community and visitors. The redevelopment is organized around the large water body with extensive trail networks and access to open spaces which are rich in flora and fauna.
Our vision for the redevelopment creates an opportunity as one combined and meaningful destination catering to various groups, while enhancing the biodiversity of the lake and surroundings by introducing, island in the middle of the lake, dense vegetation zones, lake edge treatment, mix of flora and aquatic plants like reeds.

The new academic medical centre is designed to be an advanced state-of-the-art medical college and teaching hospital in central India. The campus and interiors draws inspiration from cultural and regional influences while being sustainable and inviting for patients and students alike. The vast 500-bed medical campus integrates architecture, technology, interiors and landscape into a humanistic design while respecting the context and create spaces that inspire and impact the well-being of patients, family and students.

BEYOND FIVE
Beyond Five is a 172-acre master planned residential community that includes a 9-hole executive golf course, clubhouse, banquet hall, bowling alley, restaurant and cafe, mini theatre, library, gym and spa, golf promenade, and several sport facilities.
The philosophy of Beyond Five is to allow the land's natural features to define the community. INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY
The new international university is spread across approximately 190 acres of land designated for institutional development. The total built up area for this university shall be 2,500,000 SF of non-residential space while the residential development for the campus will be separated from the academic areas. The campus program includes general academics, laboratories, learning centres, sports amenities, student lounges, dining facilities and interaction centres, as well as administrative departments.

Ingsophy and its team of consultants, was retained by a leading developer in Mumbai to conduct a feasibility and master plan study for this Mumbai suburb. A comprehensive strategy for this Urban Masterplanning will guide the transformation of this site in a way that adds valuable density and establishes flexible framework for sustainable growth.
The design also creates a unique mixed-use destination, forming a distinct identity, attracting visitors and driving economic development. Our work will provide guidelines for future developments that support the neighbourhoods mission and strategic vision.
